If necessary, we have extensive experience in all levels of the Ontario courts and will advocate your position with determination and expertise. 

Catherine Willson was the legal expert for the Canadian Federation of Independent Business providing advice through the online member service, “Ask the Experts”. She is a member of the Advocates’ Society and was an executive member of the Civil Litigation Section of the Ontario Bar Association for many years where she tackled issues important to justice and organized and participated in many educational conferences. 

She writes legal articles for national publications on debt collection and other issues and has appeared on the television show ‘Canada AM’ as a civil litigation expert.
