Catherine was a long-standing board member of the Executive Advancement Resource Network (EARN), an employment resource network for mid to senior-level business managers in career transition. She has spoken at the Survivability Conference for Mature Workers and is a regular speaker at Ottawa's Cannexus National Career Development Conference. Catherine has also lectured extensively and published national and other publications on issues of employment law.
